Why don't you list your full prices online?
Because every cake is different, the total price for a cake will be unique to its design, flavor and amount of servings. We would be honored to sit down with you to discuss the full price for your custom order.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery Tuesday-Saturday. Sunday and Monday deliveries are first come first serve. If you need us to deliver early or late, we will be there! Delivery charges may vary. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes!  We offer both tastings and consultations. Cake tastings are $10 per flavor. If you book with us, $20 will go towards your balance. Please call us to make an appointment.
Why do I need to make an appointment?
Because we specialize in custom cakes and pastries, we ask that you schedule an appointment to talk about your event needs. Give us a call, email or come into our shop! We enjoy giving our customers the one-on-one customer service they deserve. Nobody should have to wait in line for dessert!
When should I book my cake?
We are not going to rush you. We encourage you to take your time finding the perfect shop to make your cake. Some customers have booked their cake 6 months in advance. However, we have been known to stay up all night to finish last minute orders.

We cannot guarantee prices and availability before a contract is signed. Our calendar fills up fast so we recommend booking sooner than later!

Do you offer Gluten-free cake or pastries?
We do offer GF desserts! Please contact us for more information or view our menu here on our website for a list of flavors we offer.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required for every order. It is non-refundable.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order within 10 days of your scheduled pick up or delivery we cannot guarantee a full refund. We might be able to offer a 50% refund OR a full credit for any future orders. Any order cancelled more than 10 days prior that is $90 or less may be refunded. We do not guarantee a refund.
Why don't you offer full refunds
Sometimes if your order is custom or is a large order, we may have already purchased ingredients. We also may have had to turn other customers away because we are booked.
